Data Platform with mobile application

Build a data platform for gathering and transferring data from multiple sources (mobile apps, IoT devices, 3rd party systems) to certain end-point (commercial APIs). In parallel, there is need for development of a mobile application that will perform specific actions and data transfer (stored encrypted locally).
