Data entry, invoice entry, data base clean up

I am lookjng for someone to enter invoices into a pos system on a daily basis. There are only 2-5 pages a day. Cost, price and inventory have to be undated,lables saved if price changes. Notify me with discrepancies jn costs. Also there are redundant items in the database so itmes need to be deleted or archived and there attributes need to be cleaned up.
