Data entry from PDF to Excel

The project is data entry from PDF to Excel using copy & paste or Scraping (no OCR is needed). The resulting document will have between 3500 to 4000 rows with 4 values in each row. The type of data needed to be entered is text only. The data comes from 30 to 40 PDF documents that are well structured, so data can be easily extracted. The work must be within days so if you have a good team then offer me and place your bid.
