Data entry: Copy and Paste from Word Docs to Online Form

I have an archive of events in Microsoft Word format that I need to insert into a database via an online form. This can be done by copy and paste.
Each event has 7 fields: date, time, category, event name, venue, admission cost and a blurb/details about the event. There is a corresponding field on the submission form for each field.
Each Microsoft Word file contains one week of events e.g. 1st Jan 2004 to 7th Jan 2004 etc.
There are 19 Word files in total representing 19 weeks.
The events within each file are ordered by date and category.
On the submission form the date from the previous submission will appear in the current submission so you don’t have to enter the full date each time. Similarly the category will default to the previous submission. This speeds up data entry greatly so this job is almost entirely a copy and paste task.
It takes about 10 seconds to add one event (see attached screenshot of Word file and the online database submission form).
