Data entry clerk to provide restaurant information using Google form provided

I seek provision of a list of 20 UK restaurants within the specified locality. Using search criteria provided, fill out my Google forms to state the name and attributes of the restaurants, such as their post codes, parking facilities, price ranges, and what category of food they serve. The work is fairly short term.

I am a resident in Warwickshire England, where I have lived for just 1 year. I am planning to try out local restaurants which suit my needs for a few events. I shall visit each of the favoured restaurants according to ranking criteria of the Google forms I need you to fill out. The form has about 10 or so questions to be submitted 20 times. I have very little time and am need of your desired assistance.
