Customize wordpress/woocommerce pages & functions

1. Integrate with the Taobao API for item searches, price and shipping cost calculation
2. The item price can be marked up by a variable for e.g. 10%
3. An upload page for customer to upload receipt to top up purchase point
4. A support panel for support staff to key in customer purchase point, later approve/reject by the admin
