Customize Shopify Site + offer revisions for 3 months

This a supplement company shopify website that will need someone who makes changes to graphics on the websites, some coding changes for customizations to 3 pages, and be able to offer some revisions for a 3 month period minimum.

I have a website that I created for a client for a supplement company. He needs changes to his shopify template, some graphic changes, and will also need to be able send over revisions for a 3 month period. Must be able to speak english.
