customize my hotspot router configuration and set it to delete expired users

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can customize my MikroTik hotspot router configuration to not waste the bandwidth, speed and set it to delete expired users.
I have a gr3 router connected to 100Mbps isp internet and I get about 75Mbps at the AP and buffer reaches 200Microsecund. Also I use mikhmon for making vouchers and I want it to delete expired users (Ex.. delete a user when 23 hrs passed since his first login).
