Customize a Terraform Module

I need a Terraform module customized to have an ‘Application load balancer’ in a public subnet in a VPC hosted in US-east1. This load balancer should connect to an EKS cluster with one fargate container set to autoscale. This EKS Cluster should be in a private subnet within the same VPC. The EKS Cluster should be pulling container images from an ECR to deploy application on the Fargate container.
