Customize a prebuilt theme with out requirements

We need a Romanian who can help us customize a prebuilt theme (Bulkit). From what I saw, they’re using node.js & gulp, which I’m not familiar with.

The website will have 5-6 page layouts (the developer has to copy-paste the sections in the right spot), then we need to get it uploaded into the server and connect the contact form so we can get the form information.

We want just Romanians so please don’t bother applying if you’re not a fit.
