We always welcome new active people into our TEAM to provide and develop together a great customer experience for our clients. Now we are opening a new position of Customer Support Representative in the Korean language remotely or in the office.

And we are looking for:

Hard-skills:

Fluency in written and spoken Korean
Experience in customer support will be a plus;
Quick answer on a client’s request;
Good PC user.

Soft-skills:

Multitasking, flexibility;
Stress resistance and adaptability;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Customer orientation and service.

What is necessary to do:

Support users via incoming chats/calls/letters;
Identify an essence of a client’s request;
Analyze problems that arise and search for their solutions;
Communicate with other units of the company.
