Customer phone support(9am-5pm, PST) for an online CRM

This is a long term job!
We are looking for a customer service representative for online CRM.
The job consists of answering client phone calls during 9am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time (PST)).
The rep will answer basic troubleshooting questions and train clients on CRM usage.
Complicated issues can be forwarded to tier 2.
This job is 100% remote.
The training period is paid in full.
The job hrs are guaranteed weekly.
The ability to speak English clearly is a must.
Stable internet connection is required.
Phone customer service experience is highly preferable.
Phone customer service experience in any online software/CRM field is a plus.
The starting pay is $3 – $7 per hour.
This position is long term and hourly pay can increase based on the level of knowledge and the ability to provide more support to our clients in regards to the CRM.
