customer asset tracking system with accounting

We need a tracking system where:

users with specific privileges can insert and update into the database where they currently are and where they’d like to be, information about the company will reside in the profile, these profiles may contain multiple monitored assets. these assets will be visible to all the users, specific restrictions will apply for specific assets that are assigned to specific groups or users.

information will be inserted or updated regarding as an invoice, the invoice should be exportable to quickbooks desktop.

reports on sales are necessary, we should be able to select a time frame and view/export details on sales and costs.
