Custom WordPress Plugin & API Integration

SUMMARY
The project is to create a dynamic page on a WordPress that pulls data into the page via an API provided by Skimlinks. The idea is that WordPress will update modules on the page dynamically using deals or coupon codes from the Skimlinks affiliate network and based on a set of criteria. Attached you can see illustrations of what the page should look like as well as the flow of information.
Ideally, we’d like this project to be completed in about a month but, we are flexible as long as there is reason to extend thing. Additionally, this project will be for a set amount of month NOT for an hourly rate.

REQUIREMENTS
The following are requirements of the project.
1. The solution must be a plugin that can be enabled/disabled
2. The solution must NOT give access to ANY external services or tracking
3. The service should import external data from the Skimlinks API (https://developers.skimlinks.com/)
4. The solution should catalog data/information about the deals or promo codes that were used so that the team can retroactively look back to see what was on the page
5. NO on-site tracking for this is necessary
6. The solution should have a 24-hour updating function built into it
7. The developer will be provided TEMPORARY access to the WordPress site
8. Any work will be under the coverage of an NDA and should not be shared with anyone

CONSIDERATIONS
Please know that this is NOT a small project, and nothing less than perfect will be accepted. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their skills/capabilities with WordPress because there are a number of projects like this that we need help with.
