Custom WordPress Functionality/Plugin Needed

I’m looking for a developer that can create/code a custom functionality into my WordPress website or create a custom plugin. My business runs giveaways monthly and although there are many sweepstakes/giveaway plugins/apps on the market non of them really do what I need them to for my business to work the way want. I sell t-shirts and other merchandise on my site that have entries into the giveaway tied to the purchase amount of any given product.

ex: $1=5 entries. This means that for every $1 spent on my website equals 5 entries into the giveaway.

I need the entry amounts to be displayed on the product tiles, product page, cart page, checkout page, thank you page, and members area and be dynamically updated throughout the whole user experience when purchasing products on my website. Meaning that whenever one or more products are added to the cart it displays the total price and total entries in their cart. The member’s area must also display how many entries they currently have for the current giveaway.

Ideally, I need a custom plugin that allows me to do the following:
– Set the entry amounts individually for each product, some product will have more entries than others regardless of the price.
– Reset the entry amount for each member/entrant back to 0 after the promotion ends
– A dashboard that displays the total number of entrants and each individual entrants contact info, purchase amount, and entry amount. All of this information being updated up until the last day of the promotion. Then I need to be able to export all this information into .CSV or excel file.
– Customize how the entry amounts are shown on website pages, color, style, placement, etc..
– Offer social share incentives for customers sharing the giveaway to their friends on social media and rewarding them with extra entries

There may be more that I cant think of at the moment so I need a developer that has open communication and is willing to get on zoom or phone calls to get all the details correct.
