Custom Neon Builder for WordPress/WooCommerce site

I want to add a custom plugin to my WooCommerce website.

Features are:

– Type text and see the preview on the picture.
– Choose the Size and calculate the price based on the size.
– Size and price need to change dynamically based on the number of letters typed in the text area.
– Show height and width on the picture as well.
– Price changes dynamically based on the size and other options.
– Choose Fonts and Colors.

Can you do the same Plugin as the website I linked above? If yes, how much would you ask for?
