Custom illustrations of cows with purple spots in a bar for st paddies day.

I am looking to take this this attached image of the humans in the bar and make a cartoon image of cows with purple shots doing the same. More details can be found at the following google doc. I have also attached photos of different style of cows that can be used and some past photos we have had done doing olympic sports to give you an idea on the style and quality we are looking for.

I am only looking for one photo right now however what I am really looking for is a partner that I can send several design opportunities to monthly. So I would look at this project like an interview.
