Custom Galaxy Watch5 Watchface

HARD REQUIREMENTS —
Custom watchface for Galaxy Watch 5, based on the attached mockup, and featuring:
(1) 24 hour analog outer ring
(2) A single hand that moves smoothly along the outer ring
(3) Internal solar ring, representing daylight, twilight, and nightime; automatically adjusted to reflect these times as they occur at the user’s present GPS coordinates
(4) Ability to add milestones at specific times. The interface can be very simple, perhaps a textbox that takes comma separated values, e.g. “8:00,17:00,00:00” to generate the pictured milestones.
(5) A supplementary digital readout of the time, in hh:mm:ss format, that will automatically appear above or below the pivot in order to avoid overlap with the hand.
(6) Bright and dark modes
(7) An aesthetic and layout closely matching the pictured mockup.
(8) Source code, with thorough comments to help facilitate future maintenance
