Cryptocurrency EXPERT needed

I invested in a coin that is turning out to be very complicated to withdraw, I need someone with patience and skill to guide me through the proper withdrawal process (it has Anti pump and dump rules listed on their white papers) and get it into my bank account. This coin could be a scam, but I have been doing research for days, and I have 90% confidence that it is not, people are just not aware of the rules, and their transactions are therefore not processed correctly.
So basically I need someone (USA freelancer preferred) who is a top level crypto sleuth, to get working with me right away to unravel this mystery. I’m not trying to put anymore money into my wallet, or invest in anymore crypto at all… I just want to see if there is a way to get this amount out. If you are an expert you will probably know right away if this situation has a potential resolution or not. I spoke to someone who successfully got some of his money out recently, he was just not very articulate or good with instructions, which frustrated me. If it is possible to find a way to withdraw anything, I am willing to pay 15% of the total amount of coins successfully withdrawn (which could potentially be a significant amount of recurring income.)
