Cryptocurrency Exchanger Bot

I have a 50 GPU Mining facility as well as its own nodes and mining pools in the works. I need a bot that can get the Ethereum from the Lightning Wallet generated from the miners to then have a script to do 1-3 minute automated transactions with no fees. This is possible since nodes+pools provided will lower confirmation times from 30 minutes to 1-3 minutes. The fees have to be non-existent because of the micro-transactions, it will make no money if fees are in place.
So I need someone to make an automatic trading bot that uses socks5 proxies / ID Archives / Deposit addresses / etc that will all be provided for the bot.
Websites that are possible to use this bot on would be Paxful or LocalMonero, but feel free to come up with your own way / website to use.

Miner – > Ethereum -> Mining Pool -> Lightning Wallet Node – > Bot -> Tether (USDT)
