Crop then convert audio clips to MP3

I have about 125 1-hr audio files on a Google Drive. Each one has some amount of music or silence before the show starts (called “This I remember”). I need the music deleted or silence deleted from each one then the audio exported to MP3 and saved to the same folder under the same name.

(It takes me about 5 minutes per clip.)

Attached is an example of the audio clip I had to delete before I exported the audio.
