Cron Expert

I have a Cron issue. I first noticed it with a new plugin – perfecty push. you will see the error logs plus a plugin notification which says:

It seems no cron system is working.
Perfecty Push Notifications uses scheduled actions to execute the notification jobs. Please, check your wp-config.php to assure DISABLE_WP_CRON is not set to ‘true’ and/or a system cron action is set in your server to periodically call wp-cron.php

I have had several people look for the casue of the issue but with no luck.
