CRM staff

Seeking a CRM staff member to assist with customer support and communication. Our company currently has an existing CRM system in place, and we are looking for an entry-level staff member to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, managing data entry, and providing follow-up support. Experience in customer service and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
