Creative Lead / Director for 2D Animation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director specializing in 2D animation to join our team at VideoPulse. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the creative direction of our 2D animation projects, ensuring the highest quality and artistic integrity. You will collaborate with clients and the animation team to deliver engaging and visually appealing animated videos.
Specifically I’m not looking for an animator, I already have a couple in my team. All I need is sort of a project manager and creative lead.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and direct the creative vision for 2D animation projects from concept to final delivery.
2. Collaborate with clients, and the animation team to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
3. Develop initial storyboards and key messages communicate ideas and concepts.
4. Provide guidance and feedback to the animation team throughout the production process to ensure adherence to the creative vision.
5. Ensure consistency and quality of animation, visuals, and overall design elements.
6. Review and approve drafts and final animated videos, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.

Emphasizes textual content, with a fast-paced style, minimal animation of elements, and typically excludes character animation.
