Creating a comic using neural network

We are looking for a professional programmer who can create a unique, customized comic book creation program using a neural network. The type of comic I’m looking for is manhwa and I have a specific storyline and characters. The width of the comic should be – 1200. We have an artist who has exceptional drawing skills and imagination (to fix what the neural network messed up). The end result should be an engaging, professional-looking comic that reflects the writer’s vision and captures the imagination of those who view it.
