Create WordPress Website with Adobe Xd file, Elementor Pro and Enotive WP Theme

I need a freelancer to create a WordPress website using the Adobe Xd file I have provided, as well as the Elementor Pro and Enotive WP Theme. The website will need to have some basic features, but I am open to suggestions and recommendations from the freelancer.
