Create Web App

We need a web based app that does the following:
1. Pull order information from our Amazon Seller account (this can be done with zapier)
2. Create a dynamic QR code
3. Send order information (including QR code) to our Printing Partner (also can be done with zapier and/or Order Desk)
4. The first time the QR code has been scanned, send it to a registration website so the client can input the required information
5. Everytime the QR is scanned by someone else, display the information and picture that the client registered, and ask to share location with client.
6. QR information can be changed from the client’s account
