Create multi-user marketplace

I’m interested in creating a marketplace like OLX, Dubizzle or instashop.
Vendors or any user can post an item to purchase and buyers can scroll and reach out to seller. The platform is not responsible for handling money between parties. Revenue will be generated by paid ads by the seller.
