Create Mobile App from an Existing Website

I’m the founder of a career education platform, whose mission is to make top business careers accessible to more people.

I am looking to create a mobile app – for Apple and Android – which allows people to log in, and select from videos on youtube based on categories (already pre-categorized). This is already on our website. I’m open to discussing options for a brand new app or conversion from a website. Thanks
