Create editable menu for digital sinage

Currently have jpg’s created in Canva that put on usb flash drives and insert to televisions to display food menu. We would like it to be recreated in Microsoft publisher so we can change prices on our own and then resave as a new jpg to put on a usb flash drive and insert into televisions.
