Create Customized Image for New Website

Hello,
I need a designer to help us with a new image for our new website, a blog for football fans and business topics related to football management. Our first long form post will be about Messi’s move from FC Barcelona to PSG. We need ideally an animated image (GIF) of Messi in a FC Barcelona shirt (his standard one, number 10), walking towards the entrance of the PSG Stadium (Parc des Princes).
