Create custom wordpress woocommerce plugin

1. Develop custom plugin that will expose configuration form fields (there could be multiple fetch calls)
2. Intercept woocommerce orders and update JSON schema to reflect configuration presets (set in step-1)
3. Submit modified schema to third-party platform API (it will be a POST call)
