Create custom WordPress plugin

I need this software https://github.com/streamwall/streamwall to be converted into a WordPress plugin to allow me to embed content i find online into my WordPress website at LeftistMediaGroup.com.

Added features to implement
– The plugin must be able to automatically import and handle streams from an excel file with hundreds of sources from Facebook and Twitch.
– Automatically detect which streams are online and have them selectable for admins to add to the stream
– Allow admins to quickly sort and rearrange streams based on location or other parameters.
– Allow users of the site to send live video to the plugin to be added once authorised.
