Create a software for windows and mac for counting user printing on copy machines

Hello,

This project is about to create a windows and mac software that counts the copies or prints done by users. It shall be able to integerate atleast about 30 Machines in total for the purpose.

Requirements:

1. Reading and reseting of meter for each user doing print or copy job
2. Easy to see and read prints and copies from different users.
3. Prints from different computers (users ) can be seen and reset
4. copies from different machines can be seen and reset
5. Admin can set user count to 0 each time a new user starts to machine
6. Creating a time counter, which tells the admin how long a user occupied a printer.
7. Create a time counter, which tells how long a user used a computer system
8. The Machines and Computer are connect through IP adresses, so the machines and computers shall be integerated and connected using IP system.

9. It shall have beautiful buttons and beautiful user view, so that it is easy to see and follow machines. Also it is easy to have an overview of machine usage on time basis.

10. The software shall have the ability to reset all machines at once.

11. The software shall have the ability to show record of last sessions of users and their counter.

12. The software shall have the ability to reset the counter manually as well as resetting it through the use of time setting.

13. The software calculates price automatically and has feature to change prices.

14. It shall have the ability to differentiate between color, black and white and kind of paper used for print scrating the information from prinitng software or from machine counter.

Can you do it ? Have you ever done this kind of project, then tell me about your last project and your success. I will prefer someone who has worked and successfully completed such kind of project.
