Create a simple OFFLINE/ONLINE Sync Feature for Laravel Accounting System running on Xampp and Cpanel.

I have an Accounting System running Offline on Xampp Server and online on Cpanel.

I want a simple script or function that can post ( MYSQL Database) Offline data to Cpanel when there’s a connection. And to fetch Online Data when there’s an active connection.

Project to be complete ASAP.
