Create a scrollable page free themed website for our client

Hi Freelancer,

We need a scrollable page from any of the free theme available that suites our client business of trading to be uploaded on their domain on Godaddy. The theme should be selected from the free available to keep the cost very low. The content would be provided by the client and can be pasted on the theme and upload on godaddy.com account provided by the client.
