GARIE stands for Global Aftersales Readiness & Information Engineering. The mission of GARIE is Drive Customer retention and profit by providing serviceable designs, parts, tools, and knowledge enabling GM dealers globally to exceed customer expectations in the retail service experience. We would like to include at least two or more of these behavior elements: One Team, Look Ahead, Be Inclusive, Think Customer, Innovative Now, Be Bold, It’s on Me, Win with Integrity. Three departments of GARIE we would like to highlight are Literature Authoring, Service Repair Readiness, and Cataloging.
