create a klarna application for merchant account

I am looking for a developer to create a Klarna Payments integration for my merchant account. I am not sure if I have an existing payment gateway that needs to be integrated with Klarna. For this project, I prefer a developer with experience in the “Other” programming language. Yuo will need to create the account with new IDs
