Create a game currency purchase / sale website design

[ Introduction ]
Hello there, I am andbjornwil (_King_/Draugr), I am in need of someone who can complete this task.

[ Site purpose ]
On the site, people are able to sell and purchase currencies from various different games. A seller can send a query of what they want to sell to the fixed price per thousand that the site offers (e.g ‘1k/7$’). From there, a user can simply go on the site, enter how much of the given currency they want, and pay for it.

[ Site design ]
I would need the site to have a front page, and two seperate pages for both sales and purchases.
