Create A Custom Cartoon Image

Hello, we need an image created of a raccoon standing with western wear on, boots, hat, possibly a rope. He will also need to be wearing specific jockey silks. This is for a race horse named “Raccoon Rodeo” so get creative! Will as well need it delivered in PES so it can be embroidered. Attached are the silks he needs to be wearing.
