Create 3D model of my bow tie

I have a vintage bow tie made out of ceramic that I would like to have recreated in a 3D model builder like Rhino, so that I can have it 3D printed. The specifications are 4″ long x 2″ wide x 3/16″ thick. There is a loop at the back for the strap to pass through. The opening of the loop is 1/2 “wide x 3/16″high. I am also willing to send the physical bow in the mail, for your reference.
