Cotten Basement Design

I’m looking for an architect to draw up plans to finish my basement – I will require two drawings: a floor plan and electrical drawings (similar to 79 GL first and 79 GL electrical, respectively). Drawing 79 GL foundation provides the unfinished dimensions of the space.

Key features include – maintaining some unfinished storage space, 1 bedroom with closet, (1) 3/4 bathroom, (2) tray ceilings, 1 snack bar.

The ideal architect would be able to turn this wok around in December.
