Costume Design and Creation

Looking for someone to take a basic costume design, refine it, then source materials, and create the final product.
This is an outfit consisting of a shirt and pants for a male actor on a kid’s sports show and should have a “sporty” look. The main color is yellow with royal blue as an accent.
