Correction in in the quize system developed in WebAPI, C#,AngularJs

Dear All,
I have a quize system developed in C#,WebApi,AngularJs,Bootstrap, jQuery. This system is not completed and need many places correction.

I want to a programmer individual who can contribute full time or part time .. Preferred programmer from Kolkata,India, So we can meet in personal when ever need. I can monthly upto 10K

Rest of information will be share to short listed programmers.
