Converting chess files into mind maps

I want to convert chess database files (.pgn) which can easily be converted into .txt files into an outline format that I can import into Mind Meister (MindMeister.com). I’m attaching a .pgn and related .txt file here as an example. I’d like to hire someone to create a program or script that I can run that will automatically convert the .txt (or .pgn) file into a format that can import all of the information into Mind Meister.
