Convert PDF design to Webflow webpage optimised for Desktop and mobile (responsive)

Attached is a PDF design specifically for desktop. The assets for the PDF are attached alongside the copy text.

Firstly I would like a content navigational menu that jumps to each section at the top (this is not in the PDF but included in the Word Doc for all the text)

Secondly, I want the PDF recreated for Desktop and Mobile (responsive).

All this will be on its only unique URL on webflow i.e. /Common-Google-Ads-Mistakes.

Finally, the MetaData for social and SEO will be included in the header. I know Webflow has its own versions, but I’ve provided.

NOTE: Assets Will need to the compressed for optimisation.
