Convert existing website to multi-platform/multi-browser

The current website was built using “Sonic free CSS template” and we use FTP to upload html and images for use on the website. The website needs to be re-written/modernized so that it will function just as well in android, apple or standard web browser. Would also like to make editing a little easier. No desire to relocate to different service provider. Upgrade to the modern era.
