Convert a spreadsheet into an app.

I’m an engineer working a lot in Excel. I have now created a spreadsheet that I would like to convert into a consumer-oriented Android and maybe iOS app.

The app need some “make a choice that will take you to different sub-pages”-functionality.

The main functionality, however, is to input some numerical numbers, do some calculations and present some results and store it as an entry.

Later, you input another entry. And even later another. When you have some different entries there needs to be an compare-function between the different entries, comparing figures and calculating differences.

I have a fully functioning Excel file with all the functionality. What I need is help to transfer the functionality into an app, and slap some UI onto it.

I may be open to widen my budget if there is good and motivated reason for it.
