Content Protection software/app

I need someone who can build a content protection software.

– Should water mark all videos, pdf’s, images with user’s username
– content should be only viewed from software, without being able to be downloaded
– 1 ip address per account for login, other wise user won’t be able to login
– 1 access to only 1 device
– prevent screen recording and screen shots.
