Content Creator – PropTech

This is a long-term engagement so not ideal for a freelancer that is only open to short-term pieces of work/projects.

We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The content creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach prospective clients.

The Company – Abode3218 is a PropTech start up on mission to simplify the property lettings experience for landlords and other relevant stakeholders in the lifetime of a let property. To do this, we have created a #onestopshop for all that landlords need to manage their property portfolio. We call it #myownhome; our landlords describe it as “property lettings simplified”.

The Project – Research and create social media content that will enable us attract Buy to Let landlords/investors. Content will focus on but not exclusive to Managing Property Portfolio, Regulatory Requirements, Cost Effective ways of managing Portfolio, Importance of leveraging technology to portfolio management and lots more. The domain of focus in the United Kingdom.

The Person – You’ll need to have and be able to demonstrate: Experience creating strong, engaging content (for PropTech will be an advantage); A portfolio of applicable outputs; An understanding of SEO best practices; Excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing; Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills; Strong listening and communication skills; The capacity to work independently and collaboratively; Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
